Are you losing interest in the things that used to bring you joy?

We often have to wear many hats in life and sometimes it can get to the point where you feel you’re spreading yourself thin. Maybe you’re working too much and struggling to feel fully  present at home or you’re in a work environment that is stressing you out and you feel like you don’t know how to relax anymore. You may also be a first responder or health care worker and you’re constantly giving to others without ever getting a chance to take care of you.

Burnout can show up in many different forms. You may struggle to enjoy your hobbies, family life, work life, or struggle to keep up with your daily routine. Maybe you feel overwhelmed and like you can’t ever fully catch a breath or you may be at the point where you feel constantly numb. Maybe you’re ready to give up on everything, you feel dread thinking about your daily activities, and it’s got you feeling defeated.

Stressed Man

You don’t have to go through life feeling dreadful, numb, or exhausted

Living life when you feel burnt out can feel exhausting and overwhelming. You may feel like life is passing by and you’re just going through the motions of your daily life at this point.  You deserve to live a life where you feel fulfilled and fully present.

We will try to:

Understand what got you in the state of burnout and explore the feelings, thoughts and impacts associated with it by increasing your self awareness.

01.

Explore and discover your values in order to set priorities and re-evaluate where you’re spending your time and energy.

02.

Find ways to incorporate joy in your daily life and be curious about what self care looks like for you.

03.

I will meet you where you are

Burnout can leave you feeling empty and lost. I will approach every session with empathy and hold space for whatever emotion or need that you have. Whether it’s through tears, talks, or laughs, we will work through anything that comes up together and will take it one step at a time.

The longer you stay in this state of burnout, the harder it will be for you to come out of it.
